We stay current by participating in, and helping to organize, some of the province's best continuing legal education programs in this field.

Real Estate

Our reputation for diligent and thorough service in real estate matters is well known in our community. Those purchasing or selling homes, land, rental properties or office buildings, have relied for years on our experience and expertise in this area.

Wills and Estates

Whether you need a will prepared, assistance with a power of attorney for property or personal care, or advice about an estate, you will find that our office prides itself on ensuring not just that the legal work is done well, but that you understand your position.

Coroner's Inquests

We act as counsel on coroner's inquests (a jury hearing inquiring into the circumstances of a death), and we have gained experience advocating for families of the deceased. This involves working on the questions: how, when, where, and by what means, did the death occur. Although coroner's juries do not make legal findings of responsibility, they can make recommendations that could assist in preventing deaths in similar circumstances.
